I'm new in the FreeSCADA world, and I'm very happy to had found it.

Some time ago we start a search of a way to extract transaction data from our 8 microLoad devices, all them configured to load gasoline as product.

But, it's not easy to connect to the microLoad using modbus over java programming ... so the question is: can FreeSCADA extract those transactional data from microLoads and put the data in the FreeSCADA database and expose those data as xml web services to integrate with EIS propietary system (RPG + DB2)?

Hi Haylor.
Can you describe your task more detailed? Which protocol is supported by miroLoad devices? Why you need web services?
In general at this moment we have internal engine that can export data with WCF service. But i'm not sure that this service can be used as general web service. So, pls describe us our task and we will think how can we help you.
